The salon keeps a few clear booking rules. Deposits are not refunded, but rescheduling at least one to two days ahead lets the deposit transfer, and a $5 fee applies to get a deposit back. Last-minute changes may require a new deposit, and a courtesy call helps the stylist plan. No extra guests are allowed during appointments, including children, friends, spouses and animals. Roots are not touched up at two weeks or one month. The price stays the same when clients shampoo their own hair or bring their own products. Cash and Zelle are accepted.

Services are built around each client's hair, and the salon's products are made by hand in small batches with natural ingredients and essential oils.
