Bridal trials are optional and run 2.5 to 3 hours in the bridal suite, where clients can relax with a drink. They can be booked up to 90 days before the wedding, though the business does not recommend trialing within 90 days of the date. Bridal packages include a trial, and the business states it offers six packages for brides. Services cover the bride and up to three additional guests. Clients may request a particular Master Artist up to 90 days before the wedding for a fee, depending on availability. A Makiaj Wedding Prep plan offers guidance on skin and hair care before the big day, and destination bridal clients are assigned a dedicated coordinator.

Products can be picked up at the studio when they are in stock on the website. Other items include the Makiaj Beauty Mount phone mount, a soy candle with neroli, coconut, copal and hibiscus notes, and lashes in four lengths. Studio hours are Tuesday to Saturday 7am to 6pm and Sunday 8am to 4pm, closed Monday.
