Microshading is a semi-permanent brow technique. Clients usually start with a consultation to confirm they are a good candidate, and a numbing cream is applied before and during the appointment. Results typically last one to three years, depending on skin type, lifestyle, aftercare and sun exposure. A Color Boost is a lighter refresh that is recommended once a year; after two years it is booked as a new service at full price. Touch-ups need to be booked within six to eight weeks of the first appointment.

Lash appointments follow a similar timing rule. A lash fill should be booked within two to three weeks of the previous set, and after the third week it is treated as a full set. A fill requires at least 40 percent of the lashes to still be in place. Clients are asked not to remove extensions at home, since a professional should do it. Free repairs are available for up to 48 hours after a service, reviewed case by case.

Visits require a non-refundable deposit or retainer to hold a time. Clients are asked to share a clear photo of any earlier brow work when booking, and to mention skin conditions or allergies before treatment. Brushes and products are sanitized between each use. Guests and children are not permitted in the appointment area, though guests can wait in the lobby. Microshading is not performed during pregnancy or nursing.
