Lee Shatil opened the studio after finding microblading rewarding for clients, and permanent makeup for brows and lips remains the core of the business. Microblading is done by hand, placing pigment in the upper skin layers to create fine, hair-like strokes. A session takes about two hours and includes measuring, shade selection and numbing, followed by a touch-up four to eight weeks later.

Other brow options include microblading with shading, which blends a softer front with defined ends for $550 and needs a touch-up five to twelve weeks later, and ombre or powder brows for $650, which take up to three hours. The site says microblading with shading can hold for up to two years and ombre brows for up to three years. Lip blush is a semi-permanent treatment priced at $500 that takes about two hours and is meant to enhance lip shape and color, with a touch-up suggested after 30 to 45 days and a longevity of 3 to 5 years.

The injectables menu covers dermal fillers and Botox. Fillers begin with a consultation of about two hours and use hyaluronic acid or calcium microspheres in a hydrogel, placed in the lips, jawline, cheeks, tear troughs or nose. The business states it uses only FDA-approved fillers. Filler results are temporary, lasting from about six months to two years. Botox, or Dysport, can be used on the upper face to minimize wrinkles and reshape the brows, and on the lower face around the lips and chin. Consultation and injections happen at the same appointment, with a virtual video consultation also available. Botox results last from three to six months. Botox is not offered to pregnant or breastfeeding patients, or to people with neuromuscular weakness disorders or a Botox allergy.

Free brow shaping comes with a free consultation. Clients with listed medical conditions are asked to contact their physician before permanent makeup, and pregnancy or breastfeeding calls for postponing the procedure. The studio also offers one free microblading service a month to a cancer survivor.

Lee Shatil teaches a three-day ombre and combo brow training course. A non-refundable deposit is due at sign-up with the balance due on day one. The training kit is included, while gloves and germicide are not. A certificate is handed out on day three. Trainees must apply for a tattoo artist license with their county health department before working on clients. Course pricing is available on request. The studio also sells the Brow Boss Wireless Permanent Makeup Pen for $175 and 3RL replacement needles for $20.
