Makeup by Mirthy is a makeup business based in El Paso, Texas, at 1756 Plumed Quail Ln. Mirthy Yu is the makeup artist, and the services are built around personalized looks for any occasion. Clients can also book hair and makeup together, which includes full makeup application and hairstyling.

Beyond appointments, the business offers content creation sessions and a one-on-one makeup class. The class is tailored to each student's skill level and goals, and covers products, placement, blending, skin preparation, brow shaping, glam application and tips.

The Creator Club Membership is priced at $185 per month. Members receive a full glam application, three to five edited photos, one custom reel, priority booking and member-only pricing, along with 10% off makeup appointments and 15% off content sessions. Membership benefits are applied automatically at checkout when members book through the services page.

A non-refundable retainer secures all appointments. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, but the customer must be approved before the appointment. Regular appointments can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice, with one complimentary reschedule. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be charged 50% of the remaining balance, and same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged the full service total.

Weddings, XVs and other special events follow separate terms. The retainer is non-refundable and holds the event date, rescheduling depends on availability and is not guaranteed, and cancellations made within 30 days of the event may owe up to the full contracted balance.

Mobile appointments are available, with a travel fee added at checkout based on location. Hours are Monday through Friday 10 AM to 6 PM, Saturday 8 AM to 6 PM and Sunday 10 AM to 6 PM. Visitors can send a question to Mirthy Yu through the contact form on the website.
