Bookings are by appointment only. Sessions take place at a studio in River Market, or the artist can come to the client for house call and on-location makeup. The travel fee is $50 plus mileage for services other than weddings, and an on-location getting-ready space needs room for both the artist and an assistant. A full face usually takes about 45 minutes to an hour, and false lashes are included at no extra charge; clients who bring their own or skip them do not receive a discount.

Booking four to six weeks ahead is recommended, though last-minute requests are considered and clients may be accommodated if space allows. Cancelling or rescheduling less than 24 hours before a session forfeits the amount paid. Arriving 20 minutes late cancels the booking, the paid amount is forfeited, and a new booking fee is due to reschedule.

Each booking is handled personally and by appointment, with looks tailored to the client rather than a fixed template.
