Bridal work starts with a trial. A bridal consultation is a 90-minute test application, and trials are typically held in the studio on a weekday three to six months before the wedding. The bride package includes a 60-minute application, a custom makeup timeline, a client portal, 30 extra minutes at the end of the schedule, full setup at the chosen location, and a touch-up bag with specialty items and a personalized lip gloss. Every bridal application begins with skin prep and uses airbrush foundation, with strip or individual false lashes available if wanted. Wedding parties, mothers, grandmothers and children ten and under can also be booked.

Lessons range from a virtual 60-minute session to a 2-hour in-studio private lesson. Some lessons pair a personal shopping session with an application or a follow-up, and returning clients have a shorter follow-up option. Group lessons are offered on site for parties of three or more within 15 miles of Essex, and virtual sessions run on a variety of weekdays and times. The artist travels up to one hour from Essex, with no travel fee for North Shore getting-ready locations and a per-mile round-trip fee for locations 20 or more miles away. Destination weddings 100 or more miles away are priced on request.

To secure a wedding date, the couple pays a $300 retainer and returns a signed contract; the date is not reserved until both have been received. Contracts stay valid for one week after they are sent. The remaining balance is payable no later than two weeks before the wedding. Payment by major credit card or bank transfer is made through the virtual proposal portal. Venmo, cash or check may be used toward the balance if both sides agree to it in writing beforehand. Clients are sent a proposal itemizing their services, which they can review and sign online, together with a wedding-day tip guide they can share with their wedding party.
