Wedding work is the core of the business and is offered in Newport, Block Island, Boston and Sarasota, as well as in Italy, France, Spain and Greece. Four packages are available for Friday, Saturday and Sunday weddings, ranging from the Bride Bespoke Wedding Experience at $2,850, which covers the bride and up to two party services, to the Luxury Wedding Experience at $7,750, which covers up to twenty party services with multiple specialists. The Intimate package starts at $3,750, and the Signature package at $5,000 is the most requested. Quotes are customized to the services requested, there is no maximum number of guests, and couples usually book seven to eleven months ahead with a $3,500 booking minimum. A date is held only after a signed contract and a 50% reservation deposit arrive, in the order received, and trials are not offered before a contract is signed. A $50 Zoom personality call is available during the week and is credited to the invoice if the couple books. Out-of-state couples are advised to book a preview two to three months before the wedding or to visit in person.
Each specialist is booked for only one wedding per day. Gratuity is not included in pricing and is billed in advance on the invoice based on the number of services. Extras available on request include hair extension inserts, men's grooming, blow outs and tattoo coverage, and a Bride 'On Deck' touch-up service is offered. Makeup-only and hair-only wedding service has a minimum of three people on Friday, Saturday and Sunday weddings. The business welcomes LGBTQ+ couples and wedding parties.
Commercial work covers film, corporate productions, fashion shoots and special events, with travel available worldwide. A half day of on-location hair and makeup covers up to four hours at $475 per team member, and a full day covers up to eight hours at $875. Work beyond eight hours is billed at $100 per hour, and each additional team member doubles the day rate. In-studio hair styling or makeup application alone is $150 per person, while on-location hair styling or makeup alone is $225 per person and on-location hair and makeup together is $400 per person. Hair extension add-ons are $50 per person. Artists traveling more than 20 minutes from the studio pay a travel fee of $40 to $85 depending on drive time, and flights, hotels and taxis are billed separately.
Works on all skin tones and hair types, and pairs each client with a specialist by personality and style unless they ask for Jenna specifically.
