Services are organized into four groups: Beat Face for makeup and lashes, Clean Face for brow arches and waxing, Hair for cuts, styling, relaxers and weave and wig work, and Semi-permanent Makeup for microshading and tint. Prices run from $7 for a brow arch to $300 for an initial microshading session, and each listed service has a set time length.

Booking comes with a few firm rules. A $30 deposit is required for every service and is applied to the total if the appointment is kept. Deposits are not refundable and can only be moved to a same-day opening. Appointments more than 15 minutes late are canceled and must be rebooked, and clients who no-call, no-show cannot book again. Guests may not bring others along unless that person is also being serviced, because space is limited.

Hair preparation is part of the process. Hair should arrive shampooed, blow-dried and free of product unless a shampoo is added or a silk press is booked. If hair was not washed the same or previous day, the salon shampoos it and adds $25. Frontals and wigs are requested three days before the appointment for prepping, and reused wigs should be shampooed and conditioned beforehand. Same-day customizing adds $40, and untangling matted hair adds $25 when it takes extra time.

The salon is closed on Sundays and Mondays, and hair cannot be dropped off on those days. Wigs for a Tuesday appointment must be dropped off the Saturday before.
