Makeup By Caro takes appointments through its online booking system. Clients who can't find a suitable online time can call or text to ask about same-day availability. Walk-ins are accepted, but calling ahead is strongly suggested.

Clients are asked to arrive on time and to keep the number of guests they bring to a limit. Appointments may be moved because of severe weather. Payment is accepted in cash or by card, and card payments carry a 2.7% surcharge. New York City sales tax of 8.875% applies to services and products.

Treatments, courses, products and deposits are non-refundable. Anyone unhappy with a result should say so before leaving the appointment, since changes made afterward cost extra. Booking an appointment means agreeing to the booking policies and terms of service, and the business may refuse service.
