Full glam appointments run about 45 minutes to an hour and are offered Tuesday to Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm. Early-morning sessions from 5 am to 7 am, and Sunday, Monday and holiday appointments from 8 am to 11 am, are priced separately. A natural glam option takes about 30 minutes and leaves out eyeshadow. Full glam, early-morning and Sunday-to-Monday services include custom mink lashes, and a mini travel touch-up kit is included in some of them or can be added to a full glam for $5. Inquiries go through a contact form, and the business says it replies within 48 hours.
Bridal and event work is booked by the hour, the half day or the full day. A day rate covers eight hours including a one-hour lunch break, must be chosen at booking, and is owed even if the artist is not needed for the whole day. Time and a half applies after eight hours and outside 8 am to 5 pm, and overtime after a day rate is an additional $100 per hour. On-location service carries a $75 travel and setup fee. Parties of five or more may receive 10% off, excluding bridal parties.
Other offerings include one-on-one basic makeup lessons of 75 minutes on Sundays and Mondays for $175, where students bring their own foundation, concealer and brushes, and lessons on request. A family detail presentation called the decease beauty service is also offered, with some restrictions. Film, TV, video, editorial, modeling portfolio and headshot work is quoted by project scale, and charity requests are accepted by email. Cancellations made 8 or more days ahead carry no fee, while later cancellations may incur a two-hour minimum or a half-day rate, and weather cancellations are not charged.
