The studio sits on Grand River Avenue in Detroit and is open Tuesday through Saturday, with Sundays and Mondays closed. Tuesday and Wednesday hours run 10 am to 3 pm, Thursday 9 am to 6 pm, and Friday and Saturday 8 am to 7 pm. Clients can get directions through a link on the listing, and the studio can be reached by phone or email.

The main in-salon service is a one-hour full face application that covers eye shadow, blush, lips, foundation, highlighting, contouring and lashes. Strip lashes are included at no extra charge if the client wants them. Clients are asked to share any specific preferences with the artist before the appointment.

For special effects work, the studio creates looks that use face paint, rhinestones or other materials beyond makeup, over a two-hour session. Looks that use prosthetics, imitation tissue or imitation blood are not offered. Special effects requests are made by texting a photo of the desired look to the studio's number at least 48 hours ahead.

The travel-to-you option is a three-hour full face application with lashes, done at a location of the client's choosing. It is not available on Fridays or Saturdays, and it is not offered for prom appointments or during prom season from May to early June. Bookings need the address in the notes field. Additional fees may apply if the artist is asked to stay on for touch-ups.

After-hours services take one hour and are for appointments before or after regular business hours or on a Monday. They cannot be booked online, so clients text the studio to request one. Payment is due at booking, and the service is not available on Sundays.

Online booking opens up to 60 days ahead. Clients are asked to arrive no more than five minutes early, and children are welcome only when they are being serviced. Checkout is handled through Square.
