The studio offers personalized consultations to match a client's style and comfort preferences, and it provides personalized lash extensions to every customer. The studio describes its service as superior and tailored to each client, and says its aim is excellent lashes, good customer service and fair value. Clients may send photos or references for the look they want before their appointment.

Before a visit, clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup, to avoid strip lashes or mascara for 24 to 48 hours, to skip caffeine, and to use the restroom beforehand. Comfortable clothing is recommended, and shoes come off before the lash bed. Clients should text when they are running late or on arrival, and wait in their vehicle if they are early because the studio asks guests not to arrive ahead of time. Arriving more than 20 minutes late means rescheduling. Guests are not allowed, though children are welcome.

Booking requires a signed service agreement and a card on file. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice; same-day cancellations are charged half the service total, and no-call, no-show appointments and early departures are charged the full amount. Allergies should be shared before the appointment. Free touch-ups are offered within 48 hours of the original set and are booked as a Quick Fix. Prebooking fills secures preferred times, and a client who refers a friend and the friend each receive 30% off their next services. An email newsletter sign-up is available for savings. The studio is closed Monday and Tuesday, open Wednesday from 6:30 pm to 11:00 pm, Thursday and Friday from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm.
