The face menu centers on hydrafacials in three tiers: the Signature version is a 30-minute cleanse, extraction, nourishing and hydrating treatment; the Deluxe adds a rejuvenating step over 45 minutes; and the Platinum adds sculpting and runs 60 minutes. A Customizable Facial, 60 minutes from $99, is built around the specific skin concerns a client brings in, with double cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, massage, a masque, hydration and sun protection, and extra products or therapies can be added. Luxe facials at 75 minutes pair a customized facial with either a chemical peel or dermaplaning, and the chemical peel facial includes an in-depth consultation with the esthetician. Dermaplaning and chemical peels are also offered on their own in 30-minute sessions without a facial.

Hair services cover women's and men's cuts, blowouts that can be done straight, bouncy or curly, cut and blowout combinations, base and all-over color, and a combined color, cut and blowout appointment that runs 150 minutes. The keratin treatment takes 120 minutes, reduces frizz and relaxes the hair, and typically lasts three to five months depending on hair texture; a consultation sets the strength of the treatment. Up-dos are styled on dry hair and a blowout is an extra charge. Hair pricing varies by stylist, so clients can call for a personalized quote, and extensions are priced after a consultation.

Lash services include Classic, Hybrid and Volume eyelash extension sets, which take about two hours, along with fills and max fills. Mini fills must be done within seven days of the previous appointment. Unnatural shedding receives a complimentary 15-minute touch-up when booked within five days of the original visit. Lash lifts and lash tints are also available. Brow services include brow tinting, waxing, a combined tint and wax, and brow lamination.

Booking policies ask for 24 hours notice to cancel. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice carry a late fee of half the scheduled service price, and missed appointments are charged in full for the reserved service. E-gift certificates for services can be purchased through the website.
