Majestic Day Spa has two locations in Massachusetts, one on Main Street in Tewksbury and one on Great Road in Acton. Carla Barbosa Alencar founded the spa in 2019. The business was temporarily closed during the pandemic, and the Acton location is the newer of the two.

The spa describes its approach as holistic, aiming at visible results as well as inner balance. Its stated mission centers on personalized care, scientific innovation and emotional connection, and the spa describes itself as redefining luxury wellness. Staff listen first and then customize each treatment to a client's skin and goals. Consultations come before hair removal and Ultraformer III treatments, and the spa says its facial products are chosen to suit each client's skin needs. It also uses Bioage, Bel Col and WNF products in treatments.

Services fall into several groups. Body treatments include lymphatic drainage, body contouring, body scrubs, detox packages, hot stone and cupping work, and stretch mark and postpartum programs. Facials center on the Royal Facial line, along with dermaplaning, microneedling and peels. Laser hair removal covers several body areas, and laser treatments address hyperpigmentation on the face and arms. Couples can book the Couples Relax Majestic Treatment, performed side by side in a private suite, and mothers and daughters have a dedicated two-hour option. Ultraformer III, a non-invasive ultrasound lifting treatment for face and body, is offered after a consultation.

Both locations are wheelchair accessible, with ground-level entry and ADA-compliant treatment rooms, and offer free parking near the entrance. Staff speak Portuguese and English. Bookings can be confirmed instantly through the booking app. Hours are Tuesday to Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with the spa closed on Mondays and Sundays except for Sunday training sessions by appointment. Guests are asked to arrive about 10 minutes early, and late arrivals may have their service shortened. The Tewksbury location hosts in-person aesthetics workshops taught in Portuguese, and the spa offers online courses for estheticians.
