Clients can join one of three VIP membership tiers: Classy VIP, Baddie VIP and Finessed VIP Elite. Memberships are month-to-month with no contract and can be paid monthly or as a yearly paid-in-full plan that locks in 12 months of service. Members can cancel anytime after their first month from their account. Perks include priority booking in VIP-only slots, no peak-time pricing, no deposits, a birthday credit, and credits that roll over for 60 days (180 days for VIP Elite) and can be gifted. Loyalty credits grow from 5% to up to 20% after a year of membership.
Non-VIP appointments require a $25 deposit, reschedules need 24 hours notice, and guests are not allowed at appointments. A $10 late fee applies after 10 minutes, a $20 peak-time fee applies at busy times, and a $15 soak-off fee and $20 squeeze-in fee are also charged. House calls are available with approval, with a $2 per mile fee measured from 77014. The Perfection Promise covers lifting or breakage for 30 days, with a free fix within 48 hours. Payments are handled through Stripe.
The business says it works with premium supplies for longer-lasting sets and follows hospital-grade sanitation with a clean nail station and tools.
