MaisonMaxé is a nail studio in Mint Hill, North Carolina, and it is open Monday from 10 AM to 9 PM, Thursday and Friday from 9 AM to 8 PM, and Saturday from 2 PM to 7 PM. It is closed Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday. The address is sent to clients once their appointment is approved.

The menu centres on nails. Builder gel manicures use a soft builder gel to overlay the natural nail without extensions, with either a minimal design on two to four accent nails or a full design on all ten. Hard gel manicures give a structured finish for medium to long natural nails and are removed with an e-file rather than acetone. Refined Extensions are soft gel extensions in one solid polish or classic French tips, and Elevated Extensions add chrome, charms, airbrush or a simple spanning design to accent nails. Signature Extensions include ten finger designs with 3D elements, gem placement and Pinterest-inspired artistry, and the studio labels this its most popular tier. Artist Choice Freestyle is a set the artist chooses or designs, with the client selecting only shape and length. Clients who prefer a quiet visit can request a Silent Appointment, with minimal conversation and headphones for music or a film.

Pedicures come in two versions. The Maxé Dry Pedicure is a waterless service with nail and cuticle care, shaping and one solid gel polish. The Maxé Spa Pedicure adds an aromatic foot soak, sugar scrub, callus removal, a mud masque with steam and a massage. Guests may bring one additional guest aged 16 or older if it is approved beforehand.

Booking follows clear rules. A deposit is needed to secure every appointment, and deposits not received at least 24 hours ahead lead to automatic cancellation. Changes or cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the deposit and carry a fee of 15 percent of the total service, though a deposit may be moved once with earlier notice. Arrivals up to 10 minutes late are accepted, arrivals more than 10 minutes late pay a $10 fee, and arrivals more than 20 minutes late are cancelled under the cancellation policy. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is offered for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Repairs made within 48 hours of a set are complimentary for application or retention issues, while later repairs are priced per nail based on design complexity. Breaks from impact, picking, poor aftercare or wear beyond the fix window are treated as regular repairs. The studio does not work over another technician's work or remove sets done elsewhere.
