Policies ask clients to arrive on time. Changes or cancellations made at least 12 hours before an appointment carry no charge. Arriving more than 15 minutes late incurs a charge of $1 per minute after the grace period, and a booking may be canceled once that grace period has passed, depending on availability. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit before service.
