Every K-Tip install starts with a consultation of about twenty minutes, held privately by phone or in person before the appointment. The installation itself takes five to seven hours and includes a color and texture match, a cut and style, and aftercare instructions. Hair is selected to suit each client's color, texture, length and density, and the studio uses premium raw or virgin hair.

Beyond extensions, the studio offers permanent color and highlights, relaxers, sew-ins, shampoo and style, silk presses and a keratin treatment. Blonde color includes lifting, toning and an Olaplex bond rebuilder. Services are offered in English.

Each visit is one-on-one. Clients are offered refreshments, and during appointments they can choose quiet, their own music, or a movie or TV show. Maintenance visits are recommended around six and twelve weeks, with a full removal and reinstall every three to six months for K-Tips.

The studio works from four principles: expert artistry, a personalized experience, premium hair and ongoing care. The founder recommends the style and upkeep that suits each client and supports them after installation.
