Every client is seen one-on-one in a private studio with no other clients present. Services are by appointment only, with no walk-ins. Clients book consultations by texting 909-206-9487, which the studio encourages because the stylist is often with a client. Consultation requests made through the website receive a reply within 24 hours. Standard hours run Tuesday through Saturday, with appointments finishing before 7pm, and the studio is closed Sundays and Mondays. Urgent or after-hours appointments, including on closed days, can sometimes be arranged for a premium charge when time allows.

Each plan begins with a private consultation, where the stylist looks at hair, density, color, and goals before any price is set. Hair Lingerie is made with uncoated hair and polymer and lace tape rather than hard plastic, and every set is custom color matched, toned and blended to the client's own hair. The studio says the method is designed to be worn with basic care such as gentle brushing and braiding at night, and it sets a custom maintenance schedule for each client.

The studio also offers a dedicated repair service for people whose extensions were installed by another stylist or need correction. Maisie assesses the scalp, natural hair and existing installation before planning removal and reinstallation, and removes tapes, K-tips, sew-ins, clip-ins, halos and hand-tied rows. Bridal and event extension plans are custom, and a bridal consultation is recommended at least four to six weeks before the event.
