The menu is grouped into brows, lashes, and combined brow and lash services. Brow options range from a simple dye that fills gaps and darkens brows slightly, to a dye with waxing, a lamination with waxing, a lamination with dye and waxing, touch-up powder brows, and ombre brows. Lash options include lash lifts with or without tint, fills, half sets, a classic set styled to look like mascara, hybrid and wet sets, volume and light volume sets, wispy and brown sets, and an anime set with spiked lashes and a wet look. Color can be added to any lash set, and a cat eye style can be combined with any lash set. A combined brow lamination and lash lift is also offered, though tint is not included in that package.

Ombre brows are a permanent tattoo technique that uses pigments in a range of browns chosen to match the client's hair, and numbing is part of the process. The natural color takes 7 to 10 days of healing to develop. Touch-up powder brows are offered once the first session has faded, and the salon says they help brows last for about two years. Lash lifts, with or without tint, last up to six to seven weeks, and no contact lenses are used during or after a lash lift.

Booking involves a deposit, usually between $20 and $50 for most services and between $25 and $40 for several others. Clients are asked to give 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the appointment carry a fee of 40 percent of the total service. A brow consultation takes place once the deposit has been paid. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards are also offered.
