The salon describes its approach as quality built on three things together: safety, comfort and atmosphere. Instruments are autoclaved, and each station is cleaned and sanitized before and after every client. Pedicure chairs include spa chairs and massage chairs with jets, and the owner created the music playlists played in the salons. The Strafford location also has a wall of colors for clients to browse.

Appointments are recommended but not required, with the exception of single hair extensions, which need one. Clients can walk in or call to book at the Villanova location, and online booking is available at several locations. The contact form is not for making appointments, so clients should call the location they plan to visit. Clients are asked to limit cell phone use during their visit, and private parties can be arranged on request, sometimes with an additional charge.

Several add-ons are priced separately, including organic spa manicures and pedicures, French manicures and pedicures in regular, gel or dip, gel polish or clear gel topcoat on acrylic nails, and nail art and shapes, which are available on request and sometimes carry a fee.
