The menu covers everyday cuts and styling as well as more specific services. Women's and men's haircuts are customized to each client's hair and style and include a shampoo and a professional finish. Shampoo and blow-dry with styling is also available. For color, gloss and toner refresh tone and add shine, and are often booked between color appointments or as a finishing step. Root touchups address regrowth and keep color consistent, which suits clients covering gray or keeping up routine root maintenance.

The salon also offers a Brazilian Blowout, a smoothing treatment intended to reduce frizz and make hair easier to manage, and special occasion styling for weddings, parties, photoshoots and galas. Special occasion styling begins with a personalized consultation and can include waves, curls, half-up styles or updos. Clients booking hair extensions have a free consultation of about 30 minutes to talk through length, volume, method, color match and a price estimate, and a consultation is required before a new extension installation. Consultations are also required for color corrections and customized services.
