The studio describes itself as welcoming to clients at any level of waxing experience, and says its products are designed for sensitive skin. The body waxing menu runs from smaller areas such as the back of the thigh, full butt and inner thigh to larger areas such as the half arm, full arm, half leg and full leg. Brazilian options include a standard Brazilian, a shorter Bikini Full, and a Brazilian with a BushBalm Vajacial Calming Mask afterward. A reduced-price Brazilian is available only to clients the owner has waxed within the last six weeks. Facial waxing covers the chin, nose, upper lip, eyebrows and full face. Eyebrow tinting darkens lighter brow hairs, and the Eyebrow Wax & Tint service combines shaping, tweezing and tinting.

For Brazilian waxes, clients are asked to gently exfoliate the area 24 to 48 hours beforehand and to bring hair to about one-quarter inch, usually two to three weeks of growth after shaving or trimming. Brazilian waxes can be done during a period, and clients are asked to wear a tampon or menstrual cup. After waxing, clients are asked to avoid sun and tanning beds, intercourse, very hot showers, hot tubs, saunas, pools, sweating, exercise and tight clothing. The owner recommends waxing every four to five weeks for the best results.

The studio describes its products as designed for sensitive skin and presents itself as welcoming to clients whatever their experience with waxing.
