Gel polish is cured under UV or LED light and typically stays chip-resistant for two to three weeks; it comes off with an acetone soak. Dipping powder typically lasts three to five weeks, and acrylic fills are usually needed every two to three weeks. Acrylic shapes offered are square, oval, coffin, almond and stiletto, and acrylic options include ombre and pink and white French sets.

Walk-ins are welcome and no appointment is needed, though calling ahead secures a preferred time, which matters most on Saturday mornings. Groups of four or more and bridal parties are asked to phone the salon in advance. Requests for a specific technician or group bookings are handled by phone, and gift card availability is checked by calling. A standard pedicure takes 45 to 60 minutes, and the 4 Steps Spa Pedicure can run up to 75 minutes. Clients with skin sensitivities or allergies should tell their technician before the service starts. Tools are sterilized between every client, and there is ample parking on site.

The salon accepts cash and card. Menu prices are the cash rate; card payments carry a small processing fee, and cash payers receive a discount on all services. Hours are Monday to Friday 9:00AM to 7:00PM, Saturday 9:00AM to 5:00PM, and closed Sunday.
