The salon assesses natural lashes before any extensions are applied. For a foreign refill, which is a set applied by another artist or salon, the condition of the existing lashes decides whether a refill is possible or whether a removal and new full set is recommended.
The salon describes its artists as licensed lash artists with extensive lash experience. Availability varies by artist, so clients pick an artist when booking.
New clients can begin with the 21-Day Effortless Lash Transformation. It includes a lifestyle and preference assessment, a lash mapping and design consultation, a natural-lash health check, a customized premium full set, a 21-day retention kit, a five-day retention check-in, and 72-hour aftercare contact.
Brow, waxing and threading services are offered alongside the lash menu. These cover brow waxing, threading, tinting and lamination, plus lip and full-face waxing or threading, with pricing and appointment times that vary by service.
Care starts with the natural lashes, which the salon assesses before extensions go on. Each appointment is shaped around eye shape, lifestyle, sensitivities and the fullness a client wants.
