The menu is built around color. Options run from a 15-minute toner refresh, which is offered only to existing clients, to simple, partial and full highlights, balayage, and all-over color. Each additional bowl of color, extra gloss, or toner adds $15 to the color service. Partial highlights take about two hours, full highlights about three, and balayage services fall between roughly an hour and a half and three hours depending on the version chosen.

Cuts cover men and women. A men's cut takes 35 minutes and includes wash, cut, dry, and style. A women's haircut takes 55 minutes or more and includes a classic blowout. Shampoo Style is a 45-minute service with a shampoo, a classic blowout, and heat styling of the client's choice. Tinsel extensions are a quick option: installation takes about 10 minutes using three beads and lasts about three weeks, and removal takes five minutes.

Tape-in extensions start with a consultation to decide how many extensions and what color to use, and the consultation is listed at 15 minutes. The installation service is listed at $110, while the cost of the extensions themselves varies and is set after the consultation.

The salon applies strict rules on arrival and cancellations. Clients who turn up more than 15 minutes late have their appointment canceled and may need to book a new one.
