The signature Holistic Haus Facial is customized during the appointment. The facial menu is open to all ages, genders and skin types. The Flower Crown Head Spa Ritual combines a palmarosa scalp infusion, a peppermint scalp scrub and an herbal scalp cleanse. Every licensed esthetician here is either currently working through, or has completed, the spa's own Holistic Esthetician Apprenticeship. According to the spa, its team holds advanced certifications in gua sha, buccal massage, facial cupping and herbal skincare. Associate Holistic Estheticians, who are still early in the apprenticeship, charge 10% less than standard menu prices for their treatments during their first six months with the spa. Flora + Frame Pelvic Health, a pelvic floor therapy practice, operates from inside the spa. Its pelvic floor therapy covers pelvic tension and discomfort, pregnancy, postpartum recovery and core health. Booking an appointment requires a 50% deposit, which counts toward the final service total. Changes or cancellations need to be made at least 2 days ahead. A cancellation inside that window, or a no-show, forfeits the deposit. A client may send another person in their place, and that person must confirm with their own card on file. Services cannot be refunded, and clients must fill out an intake form before any service. Clients with certain past reactions are advised to take a sensitivities test. Guests who are not having a service may not come along with a client, minors included, and anyone under 18 needs an adult to sign release forms. The online shop carries about 328 products, including organic, non-toxic, eco-conscious and cruelty-free skincare, wellness, body, hair and makeup items, candles, crystals, incense, essential oils, bath products and apparel. Products are made in small batches and sold as final sale. Gift cards come as eGifts in set amounts or a custom amount. Group gift cards allow several people to pool money for a single recipient. The loyalty program awards GOOD VIBES, which expire after 12 months.
