Magic Nails Countryside

Magic Nails has two salons in Countryside, both with free parking. The Countryside Plaza location is also listed under a Magic Nails Spa name and an La Grange Rd address. The Plainfield Rd location is in Unit D near TJ Maxx. Both sites post their own hours, and the Monday to Friday hours at Countryside Plaza run until 8:00 pm, while the Plainfield Rd location closes at 7:30 pm on weekdays.

The menu is broad. Enhancement services include acrylic fills and full sets, gel fills and full sets, Gel-X, Builder-Gel, Tap Gel, Dual Form, pink and white, dip powder and ombre. Enhancements are described as a way to add length, strength and long-lasting color to natural nails. Gel-X uses soft gel tips applied over the natural nail, Builder-Gel is a thicker gel used to add length, thickness or strength, Tap Gel is a light gel overlay for strengthening, and Dual Form uses molds to create gel extensions with less filing.

Pedicures are a major part of the menu. Every pedicure includes nail trimming, shaping, cuticle cleaning, pumice stone and a massage, and the spa pedicures add their own steps. Options range from a warm lotion massage and callus removal to a Dead Sea salt soak, a fresh fruit exfoliation, a candle wax massage with a paraffin finish, a milk soak with honey mask, and a steam and gold volcanic ash treatment. Pedicure chairs are sanitized and disinfected after each client, with single-use liners and disposable kits.

Walk-ins are welcome when the salon has room, and appointments are also available. Online booking requests are reviewed and confirmed by the salon team. Birthday, wedding and similar parties are accommodated if guests call ahead. Services are non-refundable, and quoted prices are starting prices that depend on nail length, design and condition. Prices may change.
