The salon describes itself as combining Western technology with Eastern beauty traditions. It says it uses only Japanese and Korean products, that its artists are licensed cosmetologists or estheticians with experience in Japan, New York and Boston, and that tools and surfaces are sanitized between appointments.

Extension styles differ in how many lashes go onto each natural lash. Classic applies one extension to each natural lash, volume applies several thin extensions to each one, and hybrid mixes the two. Magic LED extensions use Matsukaze equipment and a gel glue that the salon says has low odor. Each extension is cured by an LED light, so there is no drying time, and the salon says they can last up to six weeks depending on natural lashes, lifestyle and routine. Magic Feathering extensions use Matsukaze Japanese protein silk and a special adhesive, and the salon says they can last up to four weeks.

Beyond lashes, the salon offers Japanese keratin eyelash lifts, which the salon says use Japanese materials and a gentler, less chemical-laden solution. Eyebrow lamination smooths and sets the brow hairs for a more uniform shape. Eyebrow threading removes hair from the root with a thin twisted thread and uses no chemicals. Japanese shiatsu massage is offered for the upper body and face, and a patch test is available before services.

Booking requires a non-refundable deposit that is applied to the final payment. Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice, and late cancellations and no-shows can incur a fee of 40 percent of the service. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean the appointment is rescheduled or cancelled. Refunds are not given for services already performed, but clients who are unhappy are asked to contact the salon within 24 to 48 hours about a complimentary adjustment where appropriate. The salon notes it cannot guarantee results in every case because of the condition of each person's natural lashes.

The salon works with Japanese and Korean products and aims for natural-looking, comfortable lash and brow treatments at an affordable price.
