The acne program is the most structured part of the menu. Existing clients can book a single acne facial for $115 or a series of three for $300. Each facial includes a deep cleanse, exfoliation with steam or a mild chemical peel, extractions, and antibacterial and corrective serums. New clients can start with an Acne Consultation & Treatment at $150, which opens with a discussion of acne history, triggers and habits before a tailored treatment. A consultation is required before any products or treatments are given in that service. A two-area option covering face and back or face and chest is priced at $250 and is offered to new clients. The Acne Boot Camp at $865 pairs a personalized consultation and treatment with six follow-up sessions every two weeks, and includes the first set of home care products. That package is non-refundable.
The salon offers a range of facials, from a 30-minute hydration and glow session that fits a tight schedule or works between longer appointments, to custom treatments planned around each client's skin concerns and goals. The Essential Facial ($95) focuses on cleansing and hydration and aims for a healthy-looking complexion. The Sensitive Skin Treatment ($120) works to lessen visible redness and rebuild hydration in skin that is sensitive, reactive or compromised. The Oxygen Glow ($135) is an oxygenating facial for redness, dullness and dehydration, which the salon says is appropriate for most skin types, including acne-prone, sensitive and rosacea-affected skin. Clients can add Oxygen Rx to select facials for $30.
Advanced treatments include Skin Classic Treatment, priced from $50 to $300, which targets minor irregularities such as skin tags, milia, seborrheic keratosis and broken capillaries. The business describes it as a noninvasive alternative to laser, and a consultation is needed to confirm suitability. Dermaplaning, at $150, uses a blade to remove dead skin cells and fine vellus hair from the face and neck, and is not recommended for clients with active acne or rosacea. Chemical peels, at $150, require sun protection afterward, and the skin may stay red or tight for a few days. Microneedling costs $250 on its own or $700 for a package of three that includes the neck; according to the business, it has been successful in treating acne scarring, pigmentation and skin laxity.
Bookings are made online through the business website, where clients agree to a cancellation policy linked from the contact page before submitting the form. A free consultation is included with a treatment; a consultation on its own costs $50.
Treatments are planned around each client's skin condition and goals, with a consultation first where the service calls for one.
