Each appointment requires a $26 deposit paid through Square, which is non-refundable. Of that, $25 goes toward the service and $1 is a processing fee, and the appointment is not held until the deposit is paid. The remaining balance is settled in cash or by debit, with the exact amount requested. Square also accepts card, Cash App Pay and Afterpay, which allows four interest-free installments.

Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the appointment, but the deposit is kept. Arriving 10 minutes late adds a $15 fee and the appointment still goes ahead. A no-call, no-show keeps the deposit, and the full amount is due before rebooking.

Clients wear a mask and wash their hands during the visit. Children and extra guests are not permitted, and anyone who is sick is asked not to book.

Full sets need bare nails or a soak-off first, so clients with existing nails or No Chip polish book a soak-off beforehand. Sets are not applied over ripped or hollowed nails; the appointment is moved until the nails heal. Clients worried about nail damage can message for a second opinion before booking. Custom designs can be requested by sending a picture ahead so materials can be ordered, and prices may change at the appointment for added rhinestones, hand-painted designs or glitter.

Only gel polish is used on nails. Full sets are not applied over damaged nails, and the appointment is rescheduled until they heal.
