Services cover nails and lashes. On the nail side, the menu includes gel polish manicures, acrylic full sets and fills, gel X full sets, recreation design sets, and freestyle nail sets, along with nail art, chrome, rhinestones, charms, and repairs. The pedicure menu runs from a dry pedicure through essential, jelly, and MNI Signature pedicures, with add-ons such as callus removal, hot towels, extended massage time, and acrylic on toes. Several pedicure and acrylic or recreation design packages are priced together. Lash services include extensions, fill-ins, overlays, bottom lashes, spikes, and removal.

Hours are Monday to Wednesday from 1:30 PM to 8 PM, Thursday and Friday from 12 PM to 8 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 6 AM to 6 PM. Appointments are booked through GlossGenius, with a $20 non-refundable deposit and a valid card kept on file. Bookings must be confirmed by email, and unconfirmed appointments within 48 hours may be released to another client. A waitlist is kept for fully booked days, and required forms must be completed before the visit.

Standard services require 48 hours' notice to cancel, while bundles and pedicure packages require 72 hours. A client who arrives 5 to 10 minutes late and has given notice pays a fee of $5 to $10. Arrivals 10 or more minutes late may be treated as no-shows and charged the full service total. Work is considered final once the client has left, so any concerns must be raised during the appointment. Corrections only cover the service that was originally booked and must be reported within 24 hours.
