The facial menu runs from a 30-minute Quick Fix facial to a 60-minute Glow Getter facial, which includes dermaplaning, an enzyme step with a customized mask, a neck and shoulder massage, and serums. A separate Teen Facial is offered for ages 13 to 17, or for anyone who wants a facial without dermaplaning, and requires parental consent. Lip treatments and lymphatic drainage massage with gua sha stones are shorter add-on options.
Three 40-minute chemical peels are offered: a 10% TCA depigmentation peel, a 20% lactic lightening peel, and a 30% glycolic peel. Each includes cleansing, the peel, moisturizer, and SPF, and the business recommends a series of four to six, spaced every two to four weeks. Peels are not suitable for clients with sensitive skin or rosacea. Microdermabrasion is available only as an add-on, and it can be paired with monthly facials.
Brow tinting, brow lamination with tint and wax, lash tinting, and a semipermanent lash lift with tint are offered, along with lip, brow, and chin waxing. Prepaid packages of three or six months include monthly Quick Fix or Glow Getter facials, and existing package credits apply automatically at checkout. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount and can be sent right away or on a chosen date; gift card sales are final.
Booking policies: a 50% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations within 48 hours, and arrivals more than 15 minutes late are treated as no-shows. Clients who expect to run late are asked to get in touch ahead of time. Payment is accepted by cash, check, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, and credit or debit card.
