Clients book a mini fill 7 to 10 days after their last visit, a two-week fill 11 to 17 days after, and a three-week fill 18 to 24 days after. Clients should arrive with roughly 40 to 60 percent of their extensions still in place, depending on the fill; below that, a full set may be needed. Lash removal costs $20 and takes 60 minutes. A patch test is offered at no charge and takes 30 minutes, and a complimentary lash fix is available for 30 minutes within 72 hours of a service.

Business hours are Monday 9 AM to 3:30 PM, Tuesday 9 AM to 9 PM, Thursday 9 AM to 7:30 PM, and Saturday and Sunday 7 AM to 3 PM. The studio is closed Wednesdays and Fridays. Missed appointments without a call are charged 30 percent of the service price. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
