Made.by.Mady operates from 4015 Travis Drive in Nashville. Lash extensions are the core of the menu, offered as classic, hybrid, volume, mega volume, anime style and angel wet sets, with refill appointments for each. Clients are asked to book fills every two to three weeks, and a fill booked after 21 days is treated as a full set.

Brow services range from a no-wax shaping appointment and mapped shaping to waxing, semi-permanent tinting and brow lamination. Lash lift and tint, a chemical process meant to enhance natural lashes, is also offered.

Hair services include cuts, cut with shampoo and blowout, wash and style, all-over color, root retouches, balayage, partial and full highlights, and toner or gloss.

Skin services include LED light therapy, dermaplaning to remove dead skin cells and peach fuzz, a basic facial and a hydrating facial that includes a free 15-minute LED light mask when booked. Bundles combine services at a fixed price: the Lash and Brow bundle pairs a full lash set with brow mapping, waxing and semi-permanent tint, the Summer Glow bundle adds a customized lash set, brow lamination and tint and a dermaplane, and the Monthly Blowout bundle covers six wash and styles a month. Existing package credits apply automatically at checkout when booking through the Services page.

The business is open Monday and Tuesday from 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM, Wednesday through Friday from 10 AM to 4 PM, and Saturday from 8 AM to 6 PM, and is closed Sundays. Deposits are required to hold appointments and are returned if the appointment is cancelled one week ahead. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Lash clients are asked to arrive with no makeup on.
