The salon's appointment hours run Monday through Saturday, with Sunday closed.
Booking requires a deposit for several services: a $15 deposit for soak-offs and removals, a $30 deposit for overlays and for the model set, and a deposit for custom press-ons paid after consultation. Rescheduling also requires a new deposit to confirm the new time. Cancellations made within 24 hours, and no-shows, are charged 50 percent of the service price.
Buy Now, Pay Later is accepted for bookings from $50 to $4,000, and approval is needed before the appointment. Payment in person through this option is also accepted.
Monthly subscriptions are offered as a 3 Month plan at $600, a 6 Month plan at $1,200, and a larger BIG MAMA package at $2,900. The 6 Month and BIG MAMA packages include two free appointments per month, subject to their terms and conditions. Package credits apply automatically at checkout when booking through the services page. The salon says its overlay service uses top-quality products.
