Extensions are offered in several forms. Services include sew-in and tape-in installs, one-row weft installs, mini extension move-ups, removal, extension coloring, and a consultation. The portfolio includes sew-in, tape-in and halo extensions.
Treatments and styling include an Olaplex treatment, a frizz treatment, a hard water treatment, a deep conditioning treatment, CPR, blowouts, hair styling, and wash and style. Women's cuts and trims are listed separately, and kids' haircuts are also offered.
Booking policies ask for at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or reschedule. Cancellations inside 48 hours carry a 50% service fee, cancellations inside 24 hours are charged 95% of the service, and a missed appointment without notice is charged the full 100%. Clients get a 15-minute grace period, and arrivals later than that are treated as no-shows and canceled. Booking means agreeing to these terms.
Flawless memberships are monthly plans. The Flawless 4 costs $125 per month for one wash and style per week, up to four a month. The Flawless 8 costs $265 per month for two wash and styles per week, up to eight a month. Each plan is listed as saving $15, and membership benefits apply automatically at checkout in store when booked through the Services page. Unused visits do not roll over. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
