Hair is not included in most services. Clients can bring their own, buy it from a local beauty supply store, or in some cases ask the salon to supply it, such as 16 to 20 inch hair for a quickweave updo at $375. Bundle installs come with three bundles, and a wash with a curl or silk press is included. Clients are asked to contact the salon first to confirm which lengths are available, and the 22, 24, 24 inch bundle install requires half payment up front.

Frontals, 360 frontals, closures and wigs need some preparation. Pieces are brought in a few days before the appointment, and same-day customization carries an extra fee. Wig installs and frontal maintenance use adhesive, and clients are asked to arrive with hair washed. Deep wave can be added to bundle installs for an extra $30.

Frontals and wigs are planned ahead: pieces come in a few days before the visit, and hair availability is checked before booking.
