Every service is by appointment only. Clients can book online at any hour, or reach the business by text at (408) 462-0486 or by email. The business is open Monday to Friday from 10am to 7pm and Saturday from 10am to 5pm, and is closed on Sundays.
The business uses premium hard wax and a fresh applicator for each client, and it does not reuse wax. Waxing technicians are described as licensed estheticians. The business says it holds itself to high professional standards for waxing.
For best results, new guests are asked to let hair grow to about one-third to one-half inch before their appointment, and repeat guests to about one-quarter inch. Hair should not be trimmed beforehand, and shaving the treated area between waxes is not recommended. Waxing results are expected to last two to three weeks. Between appointments, the business recommends regular exfoliation to help reduce ingrown hairs.
Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 24 hours notice. Existing customers who cancel within 24 hours pay a 50% fee, and a no-show fee applies to all services, at 100% for first-time guests. The cancellation and no-show policy may change without notice.
