Every plan begins with a full facial evaluation, which is $150 and can be done in office or virtually. Same-day treatment may be possible in the office when it suits the plan. The fee works as a deposit toward treatment scheduled within six months of the consultation, but it is not refundable if treatment is not clinically appropriate or the patient decides not to proceed.

Plans begin with each patient's anatomy and draw on evidence-based techniques. Goals are examined thoroughly, and each recommendation is customized rather than chosen from a standard menu. Dr. Paul S Kim, MD, serves as medical director and oversees all clinical services. According to the salon, fellow physicians have named Dr. Kim a Top Doc in plastic surgery for more than 15 years.

Neuromodulators (Botox or Dysport, priced at $14 per unit) are used for forehead lines, frown lines, crow's feet, select brow areas, the lower face and neck, and can also soften chin dimpling, downturned mouth corners, the jawline, masseter muscles, jaw clenching and excessive underarm sweating. Dosing and placement follow facial anatomy and muscle movement rather than a standard unit count. Hyaluronic acid dermal fillers are priced by area rather than by syringe, with treatable areas including the cheeks, temples, undereyes, lips, lip lines, jawline, chin, nasolabial folds and marionette lines. Filler is placed conservatively, with product, depth and placement chosen for each area, and high-frequency ultrasound is available when appropriate, including to locate filler already placed. Filler can be reduced or dissolved with hyaluronidase when appropriate and may last from about six months to two years.

PRF treatments use the client's own blood, drawn and processed in the office, usually taking about an hour and given as a series of sessions spaced several weeks apart. EZ PRF ($700 per session) is a lighter option for fine lines, crepey skin and thinning undereye skin, while PRF EZ Gel ($1,000 per session) forms a gel-like matrix used for hollowing under the eyes. Sculptra ($950 per vial) is a collagen biostimulator that builds results over several months, with a typical plan of about three sessions over three to four months and reassessment between visits. SkinPen microneedling, $800 including face and neck or $1,250 with ariessence Pure PDGF+, is often recommended as a series about one month apart and is intended for texture, tone, fine lines and acne scarring. Elective filler, microneedling, Sculptra, neuromodulators and PRF treatments are not offered during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
