Booking starts with a message to the salon giving the date and time you want. For acrylic nail bookings, you send an inspiration photo along with your preferred nail length and design; for other services, you name the service you want. A $15 deposit secures the appointment and is added to the total, and the booking is confirmed once that deposit arrives. The rest of the balance is paid in cash or by Zelle. Companions are not permitted at appointments, and clients have a 15-minute grace period before an appointment is canceled.

The deposit is non-refundable, including for cancellations and no-shows, but it covers one reschedule if you cancel and then request the new time within 24 hours. No refunds are offered for services. Work carries a warranty of up to 48 hours, with free repairs during that window and a fee after it. The nail technician does not work over another technician's nails, and nail removal, at $20 per full set, has to be booked as part of an appointment.
