The suite is owned and operated by Destinee Locklear, and its focus is wellness, including care for the scalp and skin. The room has a bayou theme with water sounds, soft lighting and greenery. The business describes this theme as something clients will not find anywhere else.

A visit starts with an infused water drink, and every service includes a complimentary rough dry with professional products and a claw clip for your hair. Lighter visits run from 30 minutes, such as Southern Serenity, a dry service on a heated massage bed with a warm-wrap foot mask and a scalp massage using Japanese Head Spa techniques. Longer visits add scalp analysis, customized treatments, neck, shoulder and decollete massage, steam-infused hair masque, facials with lymphatic drainage, and halo water therapy. The Big Daddy is the longest service at 120 minutes and includes a blow dry for hair shoulder length or shorter. A self-service drying station with a blow dryer, brush and products is available for those who want to finish their own hair, though hot tools are not provided.

The suite uses naturally based skincare and haircare. The haircare line is NATULIQUE, which the business describes as the first complete certified organic haircare line in the world. The skincare line is Sei Bella. Bookings from $50 to $4,000 can be paid over time through Buy Now, Pay Later, with approval required before the appointment.
