Most work happens on location, at a hotel room, bridal suite or home, with a team based in the East Bay covering Santa Clara to Sacramento. Destination weddings and out-of-state events are also served, with national and international travel available. A travel fee of $2 per mile round trip applies, with a minimum of $60 and up per artist, and travel-based events are best booked at least four months ahead.

Bridal previews are held at the studio and are required before the wedding. The Complete Bridal Preview includes full makeup, a full hairstyle using natural hair and a verbal consultation on extensions and styling. A Makeup-Only Preview is a shorter option with false lashes, optional airbrush foundation and a verbal hair consultation. The Full Makeup and Hair Preview runs about two hours at the studio. The consultation fee of $275 to $450 is non-refundable and due on the day of the preview. Out-of-state brides can book without a trial by signing a contract and paying a non-refundable deposit, with consultations by phone, email or Zoom. A trial is recommended four to eight weeks before the event.

Booking requires a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit of 20% to 30% that applies to the full package. The balance is due 10 days to 2 weeks before the event by Venmo or Zelle. Gratuities and event-day add-ons are requested in cash at the start of service. Guests such as a maid of honor, mother or sister may join the preview, and a small group is recommended. The team arrives about 15 minutes before call times to set up, and clients are asked to come with a clean, makeup-free face and hair washed and fully dry.

Beyond the bride, the team also does hair and makeup for her family and bridal party, including mothers, grandmothers, aunts, sisters, cousins and younger members. Engagement, sangeet and other pre-wedding events are covered too, with vibrant bold or soft elegant looks. Wardrobe styling and one-on-one consultations are offered for non-bridal occasions.

Each look is built around the client's style and the event, with bridal makeup and hair finished for photographs and long days.
