Color is a large part of the menu. Options run from root touch-ups and all-over color to highlights, hand-painted balayage and double process color. Highlights can be customized, and a mini foil option covers touch-ups of up to ten foils between full appointments. For an all-over bleach or a vivid color, a color consultation should be booked first.
Keratin treatments come in two versions. The original lasts up to five months and takes about three to three and a half hours, and hair must stay dry and straight for 72 hours afterward. The express version lasts about six weeks, takes roughly one to one and a half hours, and hair can be washed and styled after eight hours. Both are meant to reduce frizz and help hold color.
Hair extensions require a 60-minute consultation at $50 before an install can be scheduled. Haircuts can be added to a color or treatment service, and bundling them gives a discount; the studio asks that a haircut booked with those services be added under the add-ons section. Teen pricing applies to clients through age 19.
Cancellations and reschedules should be made online or by text. A fee of 25% of the scheduled service cost, with a $25 minimum, applies to no-shows and to appointments not cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours ahead, though the studio says it can be flexible in certain emergencies.
Color is planned in advance, with consultations used to choose options and highlighting customized to each client.
