Visits start with a consultation, which is free and covers a client's overall aesthetic goals along with product and treatment recommendations. It can take place in the office or virtually. New patient appointments are scheduled for 45 minutes. The practice also sells gift cards and promotes medical-grade skincare products.

Neurotoxin injections usually take less than 15 minutes. Treatment areas include the forehead, the space between the brows, the area around the eyes, the lower face, jaw muscles, neck bands and upper lip lines, and neurotoxins are also used for excessive sweating and teeth grinding. Results begin within three to seven days and peak around two weeks, and a two-week follow-up is scheduled. Effects typically last three to four months, sessions are spaced at least 90 days apart, and a complimentary touch-up is offered for irregularities if it is done within the second to third window after treatment.

Dermal fillers are hyaluronic acid gels placed in the cheeks, temples, mid face, under the eyes, chin, jawline and lips, with dental blocks available for lip filler. Brands offered include Restylane, Revanesse Versa, RHA and Radiesse. Filler results are visible right away and usually last six to twelve months, sometimes longer. Sculptra is a poly-L lactic acid product that prompts the body to produce collagen and volume; the practice distinguishes it from fillers and says it is the only product of its kind on the market. Results begin in four to six weeks and can last up to two years. Radiesse is calcium hydroxylapatite that works as both a filler and a biostimulator, can be firmer for contouring or diluted for softer enhancement, and lasts up to 18 months. Radiesse cannot be reversed and may show on X-rays for up to a year.

PRF and PRP begin with a small blood draw that is spun down so the separated product can be injected or microneedled. It can be placed under the eyes, in the scalp for hair restoration, mixed with filler or combined with microneedling. PRF hair restoration is offered for diffuse, hereditary, alopecia areata, receding hairline and crown hair loss. Microneedling uses a powered pen with small needles and is used for uneven tone or texture, hyperpigmentation, acne scarring, and fine lines and wrinkles. The practice cites studies reporting a collagen increase after a series of four microneedling treatments.
