About

Manicures and pedicures are done fully dry, with no soaking tubs or foot baths. Cuticles are worked with an e-file and fine tools, and gel polish is applied close to the cuticle line. A European gel manicure takes about two hours and costs from $80, and a gel pedicure takes about two hours and costs $90. Gel manicures wear about three weeks and gel pedicures about five weeks. Regular polish is available in the pedicure menu, while manicures use gel polish only on hands. Design manicures, such as French, cat eye, chrome powder and ombré, start at $90, and pedicure designs start at $100; design work must be booked as a design service from the start because not every technician offers every design. Gel nail extensions are built on upper forms with gel rather than acrylic, start at $200, take about four hours and are by request only, so clients call or text first. Custom hand-painted art is quoted individually. Nail repair is a $5 add-on and dip or acrylic removal is a $10 add-on, both added during the visit. Listed prices are starting points.

Brow services are booked as a separate appointment with the brow specialist, who keeps her own schedule. Options include shaping, tinting, lamination and combinations of these, and men can book the same services at the same prices. Shaping is usually done with tweezers, with wax available on request. Lamination lasts up to six weeks and tint up to three weeks. Upper lip hair removal is available only as an add-on to a brow service. Makeup around the brows, eyes and forehead is removed before brow work, and clients with brow product allergies, damaged skin in the area or recent facial treatments near the brows should reschedule or check first. Brow aftercare asks clients to keep brows dry for four hours after lamination or tinting and to avoid rubbing them for three to four days.

The studio is open Monday to Saturday from 9 AM to 9 PM and is closed on Sundays. Walk-ins are not accepted. Online booking opens up to two hours before a visit, and same-day appointments are arranged by phone or text. A waitlist is available on the booking page when a day is full. Online bookings are confirmed with a 50% deposit that goes toward the service, and the balance is paid at the appointment. If the final service costs more, for example after added design or repair, the difference is paid at the visit. Cancelling or rescheduling at least 48 hours ahead returns the deposit in full to the original card; later changes or a no-show make it non-refundable. Changes can be made by phone or text, email or Instagram message. The studio describes its sanitation as hospital-grade. Metal tools are cleaned and sterilized in a dry-heat sterilizer and kept in sealed pouches that are opened in front of the client, and files and buffers are single-use. Gift cards start at $80, never expire and can be used for any service.

The studio runs small-group nail courses for people training to become nail artists. Each course is four days from 10 AM to 6 PM, with up to three students per group, and is taught hands-on in the St. Charles studio. Materials and tools are provided and students receive a certificate and a training manual. Topics include nail anatomy, sanitation, e-file technique, shaping, hard-gel strengthening, French technique, nail repair and posing work for social media. Course dates are requested through Instagram direct message or by call or text.
