Visits begin with a $25 consultation, which takes place before an appointment is booked. Relaxer services are chosen based on the condition of each client's hair and scalp. Clients who have not had a relaxer in six months or more can book a virgin relaxer. For sew-ins, lace installs and quick weaves, hair is not included in the service price and can be bought from the business. Clients do not need to buy hair before an appointment unless they want their extensions colored, and they may mail their own hair for a unit to the business PO Box.

The salon also sells lace frontals, lace closures, hair extensions, ready-to-ship units, custom units, lace wigs, clip-ins, hair products and flat irons online. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm, excluding holidays, which usually takes one to two days, and then ship by USPS to arrive two to five days later. No next-day or express shipping is offered. Custom wigs require full payment and take seven to ten business days, with orders handled in the order received.
