The menu is grouped by service type. Manicures run from a classic service with shaping, buffing, cuticle care, hand massage and regular polish, up to a deluxe spa version with an exfoliating scrub, an extended arm massage and a luxury soak. Gel options include a gel polish change, which removes old gel and applies a new color, and a no-chip gel manicure where the color is cured under UV or LED light. The salon states the no-chip manicure wears up to three weeks.

Pedicures step up from express and classic spa services to deluxe, signature and ultimate luxury versions. The signature and ultimate luxury options add hot stone massage and a paraffin dip, and the ultimate version also includes a mask and scrub. Most pedicures can be upgraded to gel for an additional fee.

Acrylic and dip work covers full sets and fill-ins in acrylic, Gel X, poly gel, builder gel, color powder and dip powder, along with ombré, pink and white and French tip finishes. Fill-ins are recommended every two to three weeks as the natural nail grows out. Nail repair for a single broken or lifted extension and removal of acrylic, Gel X or dip are also offered.

Walk-ins are accepted when space allows. Online booking covers up to three people per reservation; for larger parties, the salon asks guests to phone. A card may be needed to hold a booking. Changes must be made at least 24 hours ahead. Missed appointments or late cancellations can incur a fee of up to 50% of the booked service, and anyone arriving 15 minutes or more late may be asked to rebook and pay the full price. Before chemical treatments, clients should share any allergies or sensitivities. Anyone with a contagious nail or skin condition is asked to stay away.

Children under 13 need a parent or legal guardian with them. Teens aged 13 to 17 require written parental consent before chemical services such as acrylic, gel or dip powder. Children's pricing is set for ages 4 to 8 and 9 to 12. Gift cards remain valid for at least five years after purchase and carry no inactivity fee during the first 12 months. They cannot be exchanged for cash and are not refundable.
