Every client gets their own set of instruments for each service. Nail services carry a 7-day guarantee: cracks, chips, or breaks reported within that week are repaired at no charge. Completed services are not refundable, and gift cards are sold but cannot be replaced, refunded, or exchanged for cash if lost or stolen. Cutting services are not offered. Children must be supervised at all times, and the salon is not responsible for injuries from running or horseplay or for lost, damaged, or stolen belongings. Clients with diabetes should tell their technician, and any health conditions should be shared with staff before service. The salon reserves the right to refuse service.
